Application and use
The semi-gloss coated HERMAcoat greaseproof has been developed for applications where resistance against oils and greases is required e.g. food labelling. The surface offers a good quality of the imprint with all traditional printing methods. HERMAcoat greaseproof is suited for high-quality labels with multi-colour imprint as well as for thermo transfer printing.
Recommended storage
Storing at a temperature of 20 ± 5 °C, a relative humidity of 45 ± 5 % and a dark storage is recommended. Moisture, heat and direct sunlight have to be avoided.
Regulations concerning contact with food
The paper complies with FDA 21 CFR, Abs. 176.170 and 176.180, recommendations for direct contact with dry, moist and/or greasy food.
